EVER THANE® ROOF FLASH is a high viscous, trowel or butter grade enhanced polyurea-urethane formula that can be used in conjunction with a variety of liquid coatings and a variety of roof membranes. It is designed to create a watertight liquid flashing for intricate roofing areas and details. With its low VOC’s, the single-component, moisture-cure liquid flashing is environmentally friendly. This high performing polyurea-urethane is durable, reflective and UV resistant and has excellent vertical hang and performs well under ponding water.

When applied in a thin layer (3-4 mils) applied to polyurethane foam, provides short-term protection from the elements and an excellent surface for bonding of additional urethane foam. 5 gallon pail.

Ultra-Bond 55 is an abrasion resistant, interior and exterior metal maintenance primer that is free of heavy metal hazards. 5 gallon pail.

Ultra-Guard 5700 HS is a high solids, rapid cure polymer that has superior properties including low temperature flexibility, UV protection and ponding water resistance. Ultra-Guard 5700 HS has good salt, acid, solvent and fair alkali resistance as well as excellent heat resistance up to 250°F (121°C). Ultra-Guard 5700 HS’s dry time may be shortened with the addition of an accelerator package. 5 gallon pail.
