GC Ultra-Guard 5700 HS is a single-component silicone elastomeric roof coating used as a restoration system and to protect spray polyurethane foam. Ultra-Guard 5700 HS is a high solids, rapid cure polymer that has superior properties including low temperature flexibility, UV protection and ponding water resistance. Ultra-Guard 5700 HS has good salt, acid, solvent and fair alkali resistance as well as excellent heat resistance up to 250°F (121°C). Ultra-Guard 5700 HS’s dry time may be shortened with the addition of an accelerator package. 50gallon drum.

Ultra-Flex 1000 has excellent thermal conductivity performance, fungus & mildew growth resistance as an ASTM D6083, and is a CRRC compliant roof coating. Ultra-Flex 1000 is formulated to have excellent adhesion, ease of application, dirt pickup resistance and low temperature flexibility. 5 gallon pail.
