Elastochem OC-500 PLUS is a two component, one-to-one by volume, no-mix, self-adhering, seamless spray applied open cell polyurethane insulation system. This Profoam system has been formulated with water as the blowing agent and does not contain CFC, HCFC, HFC or formaldehyde. PROFILL OC-500 PLUS is suitable for use in Type I to V construction.

Elastochem 2.0# HFO Closed Cell Foam
Elastochem closed-cell spray applied polyurethane foam is a two
component, medium-density, structural insulation system designed
for commercial, residential, and industrial applications. Closed-cell
polyurethane foam yields a high R-value and minimizes air and
moisture infiltration. The spray applied nature of PROSEAL systems
allows for tremendous sealing properties which contributes to healthier
homes and workplaces. The rigid nature of PROSEAL increases
overall structural integrity resulting in more durable structures.
PROSEAL expands during application to provide increased
performance values by sealing the building envelope.
The PROSEAL system is comprised of an “A” component or aromatic
diisocyanato and a blended “B” component which includes polyols, fire
retarding materials, catalysts and non-ozone depleting blowing
agents

Profoam Elastochem 3.0# ProZone Roofing Foam
ProZone 3.0 is a two component, HFC-245fa blown, all PMDI based spray polyurethane foam system designed for use as a self adhering, seamless, high insulating, spray applied rigid polyurethane foam roofing system. ProZone 3.0 will be available in multiple speeds for use in varying temperature conditions. ProZone 3.0 complies with ASTM D7425 and has been formulated to spray at a 3 pound density, depending on lift thickness, and may be used in applications of the Profoam roofing systems.
