β³ Refund Requests
- Must be made within 14 days
of delivery
- After 14 days, contact our Parts Department for options
- No refunds for purchases made
through resellers or distributors
- 20+ of the same item number/SKU is considered a "specialty order" and no refunds will be issued
π΅ Refund Processing
- 10% restocking fee may apply to some orders
- All refunded or cancelled orders will be subject to a 3.5% processing fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount
- Refunds processed within 5 days of the approved return
- Shipping fees may be non-refundable

- Proof of purchase (credit card
receipt + original invoice)
- Product in like-new condition,
in original packaging, with all parts and accessories
- RA (Return Authorization) number
required
