Refund Requests

  •  Must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  •  After 14 days, contact Customer Service for options.
  •  No refunds for purchases made through resellers or distributors.

💳 What You’ll Need

  •  Proof of purchase (credit card receipt + original invoice).
  •  Product in like-new condition, in original packaging, with all parts and accessories.
  •  RA (Return Authorization) number required.

🚫 Returns May Be Denied If:

  •  Product is damaged or incomplete.
  •  Returned without an RA number or proper documentation.

🚚 Return Shipping

  •  Customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
  •  Must use trackable/insurable method.

💵 Refund Processing

  •  10% restocking fee may apply.
  •  Refunds processed within 5 days of approved return.
  •  Shipping fees may be nonrefundable.

🔧 Warranty Returns

  •  Covered by one-year limited warranty.
  •  Must get an RA number before shipping.
