⏳ Refund Requests
- Must be made within 14 days
of delivery.
- After 14 days, contact Customer
Service for options.
- No refunds for purchases made
through resellers or distributors.
💳 What You’ll Need
- Proof of purchase (credit card
receipt + original invoice).
- Product in like-new condition,
in original packaging, with all parts and accessories.
- RA (Return Authorization) number
required.
🚫 Returns May Be Denied If:
- Product is damaged or incomplete.
- Returned without an RA number or
proper documentation.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customer may be responsible for
return shipping costs.
- Must use trackable/insurable
method.

💵 Refund Processing
- 10% restocking fee may apply.
- Refunds processed within 5
days of approved return.
- Shipping fees may be
nonrefundable.
🔧 Warranty Returns
- Covered by one-year limited
warranty.
