GC Ultra-Flex 1000 is a high-solids, UV resistant, single-component waterborne acrylic elastomeric mastic ideal for 3 coursing with reinforcing polyester fabrics. Ultra-Flex 1000 Butter Grade can be used to seal and watertight irregular roof penetrations, seams, and terminations. Ultra-Flex 1000 Butter Grade is formulated to have excellent adhesion, ease of application, dirt pickup resistance, fungus & mildew growth resistance, low temperature flexibility and non-flammable. 3.5 gallon pail.
