No-Burn Plus Spray Seal Intumescent Coating, 5 gallons, Light Gray (fire rated fluid-applied AVB that replaces the need for building wrap or Zip System)

No-Burn Plus Spray Seal is an intumescent and air barrier coating in one for use over exterior oriented strand board (OSB) or plywood that will be covered with cladding. Durability features allow up to 6-months of UV and weather exposure providing builders with greater cladding installation flexibility. Compliant with the International Building Code, International Residential Code, and International Energy Conservation Code.

No-Burn Plus Spray Seal works to control air movement and prevent air from leaking in and out, reducing heating and cooling costs, enhancing indoor air quality, and improving comfort.

In accordance with Energy Codes and energy efficiency requirements, lower ACH rates are required and desired. No-Burn Plus Spray Seal helps to reduce the ACH within the building envelope.

In addition to air sealing capabilities, No-Burn Plus Spray Seal provides fire protection, equivalent to fire retardant treated wood (FRTw). All features packaged in a one-step application, eliminates other products and saves on costs.
