NCFI Pour In Place 24-486 System
NCFI 24-486 is a two component, water blown, all PMDI-based, nominal 4 pcf density, pour-in -place urethane foam system designed for concrete jacking and cavity filling using Gusmer mixing equipment. NCFI 24-486 has
low component viscosities making the system suitable for either mechanical mix machines, high pressure (over 600 psi) impingement mixing machines or hand mixing.

NCFI Enduratech® R (70-012) is a durable 100% acrylic elastomeric coating designed specifically for use over
new spray polyurethane foam (SPF) roofing systems, or for recoating existing SPF roofing systems.
Installation:
- May be applied by spray or heavy nap roller. However, airless spray is recommended for consistency.
- All surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of dirt, grease, oil, and other contaminants that would interfere with proper adhesion.
- Apply in two separate coats at the minimum rate of one gallon per 100 square feet.
- Apply at temperatures above 50°F.
- Apply only when Weather conditions will permit coating to dry before rain, dew, or freezing
