NCFI Enduratech Acrylic R Coating, 55 gal Drum

NCFI Enduratech® R (70-012) is a durable 100% acrylic elastomeric coating designed specifically for use over new spray polyurethane foam (SPF) roofing systems, or for recoating existing SPF roofing systems.

Installation:

May be applied by spray or heavy nap roller. However, airless spray is recommended for consistency.
All surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of dirt, grease, oil, and other contaminants that would interfere with proper adhesion.
Apply in two separate coats at the minimum rate of one gallon per 100 square feet.
Apply at temperatures above 50°F.
Apply only when Weather conditions will permit coating to dry before rain, dew, or freezing

NCFI Enduratech 2.8# HFO Roofing Foam

NCFI 10-016 is a two component, HFO blown spray polyurethane foam system designed for use as a self-adhering, seamless, high insulating, spray applied rigid polyurethane foam roofing system. 10-016 is available in multiple speeds for use in varying temperature conditions. 10-016 complies with ASTM D7425 and has been formulated to spray at a 2.8 pound density, depending on lift thickness, and may be used in applications of the EnduraTech® roofing systems.

NCFI 3.5RH (formerly 24-042) Dual Component Polyurethane

NCFI 3.5RH is a 3.5lb per ft³ water blown, MDI-based, hydrophobic / hydro-insensitive geotechnical polyurethane formulated for exceptional spread and lifting capacity. The hydrophobic nature of NCFI 3.5RH allows it to maintain exceptional physical properties even in saturated conditions. This product should be selected when flow is critical.

NCFI 2.2 SHX (formerly 24-039) Low Exotherm Polyurethane System

NCFI-2.2SH is a hydrophobic/hydro-insensitive, two-component, water-blown polyurethane system. With a density of 2.2 lb per ft³, slow reactivity, and lower exotherm reaction it provides extended flow and high lift capability, making it well-suited for large-volume void fills, pipe and underground tank abandonment, and open-access projects in wet or saturated conditions.

NCFI 3RH (formerly 24-044) Dual Component Polyurethane

NCFI-3RH is a 3lb per ft³ fast-reacting, hydrophobic / hydro-insensitive system formulated for residential slab lifting. it provides great spread while still allowing precise control for lifting sidewalks, driveways, and interior floors as well as light commercial applications. Its hydrophobic nature makes it ideal for saturated soils and water-filled voids.

NCFI Terrathane 24-024 Dual Component Polyurethane

TerraThane™ 24-024 is a 2lb hydrophobic / hydroinsensitive, MDI-based, water blown system that is formulated for exceptional spread and lifting capacity. The 24-024F’s hydrophobic nature allows it to maintain exceptional physical properties even in saturated conditions.

NCFI 2.2FX (formerly 24-023) Low Exotherm Polyurethane System

NCFI-2.2FX is a 2.2lb fast-reacting spray or pour system formulated for trench breaker applications and large, open void fills. Its lowexotherm profile supports thick lifts without overheating, and its quick reactivity makes it ideal for vertical and open-access placements

NCFI 4RH (formerly 24-003) Dual Component Polyurethane

NCFI-4RH is a 4lb hydrophobic / hydro-insensitive, MDI-based, water blown system that is designed for exceptional spread and lifting capacity. The hydrophobic nature of NCFI-4RH allows it maintain exceptional physical properties even in saturated conditions. This system is typically selected for DOT and roadwork and is also typically used for void filling, concrete lifting, and deep soil injection applications

NCFI 2.8F ( formerly 24-010) Dual Component Polyurethane

NCFI-2.8F is a 2.8 lb/ per ft fast-reacting system formulated for targeted residential lifting and void filling. With a 1–2 second cream time and 16–19 second rise time, it provides precise, controlled lifts ideal for sidewalks, driveways, and garage slabs. Though not hydrophobic, the reactivity allows it to perform effectively in saturated areas. 2.8F is also suitable for light commercial projects for stabilization and lifting

NCFI AgriThane 2.0# HFO Closed Cell Regular Foam

11-035 AgriThane is a two component, self-adhering, seamless, closed cell, spray applied polyurethane foam insulation system. This system has been formulated with highly insulating HFO as the blowing agent. 11-035 system is suitable for application on tanks and temperature controlled structures, and for air sealing structures as part of the NCFI AgriThane insulation system.

NCFI Open Cell Foam-12-008

InsulStar® Light 12-008 is a two component, one-to-one by volume, no-mix, self-adhering, seamless spray applied open-cell polyurethane insulation system. InsulStar® Light has been formulated with water as the blowing agent and does not contain CFC, HCFC, HFC or formaldehyde. InsulStar® Light is suitable for use in Type I, II, III, IV & V construction.

NCFI InsulBloc Optimaxx 2.0# HFO Winter Closed Cell Foam

11-037 InsulBloc SmartSPF is a two component, self-adhering, seamless, closed cell, spray applied polyurethane foam insulation system. This system has been formulated with highly insulating HFO as the blowing agent. The InsulBlock SmartSPF insulation system is suitable for application on the exterior or interior side of Type I, Type II, Type III, IV and V building walls as well as other insulation applications.
