Allegro Two Worker Wall Air Filtration Panel with CO Monitor

Our Wall-Air Filtration Panels convert shop air used for pneumatic tools and equipment to clean breathable air. They provide from 1 to 8+ airline respirators a portable source of up to 15, 30, 60 or 100 CFM of breathable air from 5-125 psig. The 3-stage filtration system purifies compressed air removing water, oil and particulate contaminants. An optional carbon monoxide monitor, which can be operated in AC or DC mode, activates an audible alarm when the concentration of CO exceeds 10 ppm (set for 5 ppm in Canada).

The pressure regulator includes a pressure gauge and adjustment knob with locking ring. An adjustable pressure relief valve protects the CO monitor and respirators in the event of regulator failure. Available with and without CO monitors. All models meet NIOSH requirements for point-of-attachment.

This comfortable full mask offers high pressure continuous flow protection with a unique over the shoulder hose design and an adjustable belt holds the hose and airflow valve out of the way. NIOSH approved (TC-19C-437)

Vortex Tubes are an effective, low-cost solution to respiratory cooling needs. With no moving parts, a vortex tube spins compressed air to separate the air into cold and hot air streams by forcing the compressed air through a generation chamber which spins the air centrifugally along the inner walls at a high rate of speed toward the control valve. A fraction of the hot air is discharged at the control valve. The remainder of the slower air stream is forced to counter-flow up through the center of the high-speed air stream, giving up heat, through the center of the generation chamber finally exiting through the opposite end as extremely cold air.

These clear Polyester lens peel offs help protect your respirator mask’s viewing area from dust, splash, and debris. They are intended for use with our Full-Mask Respirator (PN 9901). They are disposable and easily attaches to the facemask with peel-off adhesive strips. Available in packs of 25.
