Jack Earnest-Technical Service Team
I’m thrilled to be the newest member of the Profoam Technical Service team. For the past four years, I’ve grown with Profoam—starting out in the warehouse building rigs and installing equipment, and now moving into the technical service role where I get to develop my skills as a spray foam mechanic. Every step of the way, I’ve taken pride in learning the ins and outs of our equipment, because I know that when our customers’ rigs are running at their best, their businesses thrive.
What excites me most about this role is the opportunity to be on the front lines for our customers—helping them solve problems, overcome challenges, and keep their projects moving forward. I see every service call as a chance to be a resource, a troubleshooter, and a partner our customers can count on. My mission is to continue learning, growing, and mastering my skills so I can deliver not just solutions, but peace of mind.
Outside of work, I recharge by spending time outdoors fishing, hiking, and exploring new places. I love connecting with family and friends, and I also have a passion for technology, like building custom computers. When I’m not tinkering with electronics, you can usually find me working on cars or enjoying my hobby of detailing them.
