Born in Asheville, NC, Richard earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Mars Hill College. With an impressive 25 years of experience in the spray foam business, Richard has become a respected figure in the industry. Currently serving as the Vice President at Profoam Corporation, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. His dedication to excellence is further underscored by his certification from the Building Performance Institute (BPI). 

Chelsea Powell has served as Profoam’s Marketing Director for the past seven years. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration specializing in Marketing from the University of Georgia. Alongside her team, Chelsea helps spray foam contractors learn how to effectively market their business so leads start coming in—even before their rig is ready to spray. With proven strategies and industry-specific expertise, Chelsea and her team are known for helping spray foam businesses build a strong foundation for long-term success.
